- Been physically and mentally fit
- Higher of 1.65 for male and 1.60 for females and chest of 0.87 for men

Eligibility Civil Defence Recruitment Categories
- Assistant Superintendent II, CONPASS 08
- Inspector, CONHESS 06: Only registered nurses (RN), registered midwives (RM), and registered nurses/midwives (RMIN) are for only civil defense recruitment, fire service recruitment, and correctional service recruitment.
- Assistant Inspector, CONPASS 06: Anyone with a Diploma or NCE can apply
- Assistant II, CONPASS 04 (General Duty): can with a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English in not more than 2 setting Examination in SSCE can apply
- Assistant III (General Duty, Drivers/Appliance Operators, and Artisans) CONPASS 03: candy with four credit can apply
