Job Purpose

The Strategy Execution & Special Projects Officer will support corporate planning activities by helping translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives. The role focuses on ensuring that special projects and cross-functional programs are tracked, coordinated, and delivered within approved timelines while maintaining proper documentation and communication across departments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support tracking of special projects by following up on assigned tasks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist in preparing periodic project status updates and reports
  • Coordinate project activities including scheduling meetings and preparing project documents and minutes
  • Support organizational efficiency and change management initiatives through data gathering and documentation
  • Assist with automation and digitalisation initiatives across departments
  • Monitor assigned activities and escalate delays or challenges when necessary
  • Compile and organize data for weekly reports, highlighting progress, risks, and key updates
  • Maintain trackers for strategic initiatives and support progress reporting
  • Assist in documenting recommendations to improve project effectiveness and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and action points
  • Manage documentation on SharePoint including uploading, organizing, and version control
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO when required
  • Perform administrative duties and other assigned tasks supporting the Strategy Execution and Special Projects function
