Police Screening Requirements 2026
Candidates must present the following during the police screening check:
- Invitation Slip (with assigned TABLE)
- Credential Screening Form
- Original National Identity Number (NIN) printout or NIMC Card
- O’ Level (GCE/SSCE) Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
- LGA/State of Origin Certificate
- Trade Test/Certificate (for Specialists only)
- Completed and signed Guarantors Form (with referees’ passports & photocopies attached)
- Two white flat files containing:
- Original credentials
- Duplicate copies
- Recent passport photographs

Applicants must appear wearing:

- White shorts
- White canvas shoes
- White stockings
