The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially released the CDCFIB Shortlist 2025 for candidates who applied for the recent recruitment into the following agencies:
- Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
- Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS)
- Federal Fire Service (FFS)
- Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)
According to the public announcement signed by Maj. Gen. AM Jibril (Rtd.), Secretary to the Board, all applicants are advised to visit the official recruitment portal, https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng or https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, starting from Thursday, 30th October 2025, to check if their names are on the CDCFIB shortlist PDF and to confirm the date and venue for their Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Follow these simple steps to check your name on the CDCFIB shortlist 2025 PDF:
- Visit the official CDCFIB portal: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng or https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng
- check in using NIN, APPLICATION ID OR EMAIL.
- Click on “Check Shortlist Status.”
- Download the CDCFIB shortlist PDF for your respective service (NIS, NCoS, FFS, or NSCDC).
- Check for your name and CBT exam center.
Next Stage: CDCFIB CBT Exam 2025
All shortlisted candidates are required to take note of their exam date, venue, and CBT schedule.
The CDCFIB CBT exam 2025 will serve as the next stage of the recruitment exercise. Only candidates who pass the CBT will proceed to the next round of screening.
Avoid Fake News and Scams
The Board warns all applicants to rely only on the official portal for information. Any updates not posted on https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng should be disregarded.
Applicants are strongly advised not to pay money to anyone claiming to influence the shortlist or test results.
