Nigerian Navy Recruitment Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth (dual citizenship is not allowed).
- Must be between 18 and 22 years by 31 December 2025 for categories requiring SSCE only.
- For categories requiring ND, NCE, Nursing, or Trade certifications, applicants must be between 18 and 26 years old by 31 December 2025.
- Minimum height: 1.68 m for males and 1.65 m for females.
- Must not be married, pregnant, or nursing.
- Must be physically and medically fit with no disabilities, tattoos, or history of criminal conviction.
- Educational certificates must not be older than 6 years (not earlier than 2019).
- Applicants must not possess qualifications higher than OND/NCE (e.g., HND, BSc holders are not eligible).
- Applicants must have a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
- Must not belong to any cult, secret society, or unlawful organization.
